Debt counselling is a service offered to individuals in personal debt stress, which occurs from an inability to control financial choices either due to a lack of understanding, or circumstances beyond control, but results in many negative social, psychological and emotional behaviours which ultimately detrimentally affect the individuals’ well being and ability to function normally. Consumers become over-indebted and do not have the means to meet all of their debt repayments.

Our services include:

  • Consultations
  • Assessments

Debt Counselling
Our clients enjoy the benefits of:

Protection under consumer legislation

From the time a consumer applies for Debt Review, Legislation is imposed to protect their consumer credit rights. With very little exception, credit providers become compelled to cease further action, comply with requirements, abide by rules and co-operate with a process to begin to salvage debt woes.

Peace of Mind

Di-Namix reviews, negotiates with creditors and prepares repayment plans that are formalised through the courts as an addendum to the original credit

agreements. This make it legally possible to pay reduced debt instalments, within a reasonable period of time at reduced interest rates, providing consumer peace of mind from receiving the “next dreaded phone call” and not being able to suitably satisfy the obligation. A simple confirmation of the debt counsellor details redirects the matter to us – the third party.

A sense of control

Together our clients, Di-Namix will formulate and monitor a budget that considers monthly living expense managed by the client, and debt repayments, dependant on affordability. Upon experiencing the stabilised restructured repayment by a single monthly value, a clients experiences a sense of purpose and control.

A sense of achievement

It was usually a clients intention to pay, when they agreed to borrow. By proper budgeting and careful planning, each debt is repaid in full, providing the contribution of the paid up debt to be re directed to all remaining debt. Credit worthiness and credit reputation are kept in tact. Having gained knowledge and experience, the consumer will be empowered to make informed decisions about future purchases.

A sense of pride

When you have repaid your debt, your debt counsellors clearance certificate is the assurance to all credit providers that you have met your obligations in full, and that they can once again offer you credit.

Understanding through Consumer Education

Our clients can also attend pre- arranged learning sessions on topics regarding money matters.

Some of the topics we present are:

  • Managing Debt
  • Understanding Contracts
  • Budgeting
  • Saving
  • Cash versus credit
  • Litigation procedures
  • The National Credit Act 34 of 2005

Credit Report Rehabilitation

Often the reason why consumers are not able to qualify for credit is because their Credit Bureau Records reflect historical adverse information, which negatively influences the credit providers decision to extend credit.

We assist our clients by:

  • Acquiring assessing and profiling Credit Bureau Reports
